When it comes to recycling of paper bags, there are different stages or processes involved, which include;
Collecting.
Sorting.
Cleaning.
Shredding.
Spuning.
Heating.
1. Collecting
This is the first processor stage involved in the recycling of yard waste paper bags, which is the collection of these waste bags from different locations.
It can be collected in a variety of ways. For example through recycling bins.
After it’s being collected from different locations, they are gathered, and it is then taken to a recycling center.

2. Sorting
After the bags are being collected and taken to a recycling center, the second stage involved in the recycling process is the sorting Stage.
The bags are sorted out into grades depending on their qualities.
Thus, at this stage, the paper bags are also cleaned to removed all contaminants, such as dirt and debris.
Then, they are stored in bales until it is needed by a mill, which will be transferred for processing.
3. Shredding
After being transferred for processing at a mill, the next stage involved is shredding.
At this stage, the paper bags will be packed into a mill large machine named a pulper.
This pulper machine will shred the paper bags into smaller pieces.
During the shredding process, the paper bags will also be mixed with certain chemicals, which will bring us to the next stage.

4. Spuning
At the stage, after the papers bags are shredded and mixed with chemicals, they will be spun into a machine called the cone-shaped cylinder.
This machine is enabled to clean up the paper bags and sometimes remove any other thing that will disrupt the recycling process.
At this point, the pulp is sent through a machine that sprays it onto a conveyor belt.
Water will drip through the belt’s screen, and the paper fibers will start bonding together.
5. Heating
This is the last stage of the recycling process. In the process (yard waste removal), bags are heated up with a machine called a heating metal roller.
This machine is programmed to dry up the paper and put them on a roll which can be made into new products.
Apart from making new yard waste paper bags, other products can also be made from these procedures, depending on what aspect the recycling companies are focusing on.
Products such as books, office papers, and many more new products can be made from it.
