As a result, it uses less energy than making new paper from scratch, and it also contributes to reducing the amount of waste that enters landfills daily.

Burying paper waste on the ground in a landfill or anywhere suitable for your use is the least environmentally friendly method of disposal, but it is better than simply throwing it away in the landfill.
